Ordered online for pickup. Complete Order was not ready until 20 minutes past online scheduled pickup. So Food sat there and was cold until they finished making my little ones food that was missed and not ready upon pickup. Drinks also were not made. So once my husband got home all of our food was cold except my little ones. We called in and my husband spoke to a manager and was told that a complete refund would be issued. I want this review to come across fair and accurate. I first want to say our server was absolutely awesome. Very attentive and was willing to have some conversation with my daughter and I for an expanded extended period of time. My daughter Jennifer ordered the tri-tip combo and I ordered the pot roast. Both are meals came with a salad which was a very generous size salad. My daughter's tri-tip was extremely tough and appeared to be a very low quality cut of meat. It took awhile to get our standard pancakes & omelette orders!! The waitress in pink never was around until payment time??? Food was good, service not so much!!! Girls around the register just didn’t want to be there, very obvious!!! Would I go back to this location?? Nope 👎

Just had my first experience at this Black Bear Diner and it was awful. The waitress forgot to put in one of the five people that was eating orders. And then she lied and said she had forgotten to put the order in so she put a rush on it and then 30 minutes later after everyone else finished eating the food came out. Spoke to the manager and all he did was make excuses and half apologized and said well I'm new here so...what does being new have to do with good service.
