Horrible service. Horrible, bland food. Restaurant is super hot inside when the weather is warm. This location is such a disappointment as the locations in Oregon are amazing! I've now heard of uncooked food and mold. Gross! I would never recommend this place and I'm actually surprised it's still in business.

The meatloaf was so salty I sent it back. Really gross They has Fox News on the big tv. Bad food and Fox. I won’t be back. I was there 3 years ago for breakfast. And the eggs were so bad I said I would ever be back. I will remember what I said next time. Terrible. Reviews in town.

Great place for breakfast not so good for dinner. I wasn’t thrilled on the meatloaf had no good flavor. I go back for breakfast I will skip there dinner menu

I was so excited about getting a Black Bear Diner but so far the one in Santa Clarita, California has proved a huge disappointment. Terrible service and food that is barely mediocre. I have given them multiple chances but this had been my experience every time. What a shame!

Sat for over 20 mins before even being acknowledged by a server. About 10 mins in let the hostess know who sat us who was kind enough to get our drinks. But still another 10 mins after that to even get our order taken. Sad part is, we have always enjoyed our meals but the service has always been lacking. This will be our last visit!
