Just had the absolute worst service EVER at Black Bear Dinner in Valencia. My family and I will NEVER go there again. Server and Manager are both liars. We sat there for over an hour and not only did they forget to put in my order but then the manager denied that he knew about it. Super disappointing.

We are Black Bear fans in other locations but this location has had some issues with food preparation, presentation and quality. We've been 3 times and there seems to be kitchen problems. Very long wait for food and they need more experienced wait staff. We will keep trying but maybe management needs a refesher.
RecommendedGOOD FOOD BUT THE SERVICE IS REALLY SLOW
I came in today looking forward to breakfast. I was sat down at a corner at a table for 2. I waited 20 minutes and no one came over. I noticed that a party that was sat after me was being served. I was just too upset to talk to anyone. My McDonalds breakfast sandwich was delicious.

The food was good but the service was horrible. We were a party of five and waited 40 minutes while every party of four that arrived got seated. I finally had to suggest they put an extra chair and make it a party of five so I can be seated. Imagine that idea?! � After my suggestion, the young host was annoyed and on the walk to my table, lectured about patience. The food arrived and it was all good except a very dry biscuit. The tri tip steak was something left to be desired. Their “FRESH” beans were from a CAN! Canned beans??? Vomit. Not happy
Service and coffee good. Eggs Benedict very runny, undercooked,potatoes hard, not soft Biscuit very dry, very little gravy on it Omelette not very flavorful
