Ordered hot turkey sandwich, which came cold. Sent it back. Came cold second time. Sent it back. The third time it came back a plate of slop. After 40 minutes we gave up. Refused to pay for such poor food. Do NOT accept poor quality food. They know how to do it better. Went home and had a TV dinner. It came hot too.
My only complaint was the long wait. After talking with the staff we were made aware that Sunday morning wait times are longer than any other day or time. I would suggest not attempting to eat here on Sunday morning. The food is good, but waiting for a table 45 minutes or more when they tell you it will be 20-25 minutes is not acceptable. We have eaten here more than once, both in the afternoon and evening. Don't eat here- I am local and ordered delivery to the Princess to save money s they forgot to give utensils, forgot both my kids juice and also never bothered to give me napkins. The food was not good and we ordered chocolate chip pancakes and there were like 3 chocolate chips in each pancake. I say save your money for IHOP or Denny's we're they provide actually food.
We arrived at 10:30a with our 2 kids - so 4 of us. They told us it would be half hour. We waited for 35 minutes for our table. We sat for 10 minutes before our server came to the table - at which time she told us they were short staffed and it was taking 45 minutes to get your meal from the time you ordered. Optimistically walked in for breakfast! Went to use the Mens restroom and just about gaged! Absolutely disgusting!! I have seen cleaner restrooms at the PHX Open late afternoon on Saturday! Each stall worse than the other. I walked out and left the Resturant. That was a deal killer!!
We took a friend who was traveling to North Carolina for a late nite to eat before he hit the road. The three of us arrived at 9:30 (they close at 10) to get the worst attitude from the only server in the floor. I have been here a few times and I enjoyed the experience. But yesterday we called about 45 minutes before close, we wanted to order food and the woman who answered the phone claimed that they were closing the kitchen and that it "wouldn't have worked anyway, we are out of a lot of stuff" even though we didn't order anything yet! Idk it was rude, love the food so I'm just gunna have to find another location.
It was clean place to sit. However the food came out cold. Prime rib was all fat. My lady got sick from her dish. Mashed potatoes were even cold. We also heard the people sitting behind us saying there food was cold. Thought it would be better from reviews. Wont be going back. Rather have mc Donald's. Oh and food does not look like pictures.
We visited this location this morning for the first time since opening. We were greeted very warmly at the front door. Our server Carina was very helpful and attentive. We were given menus which raised our expectations of what we were going to be served. The Denver omelette had green bell peppers that were half cooked and half raw.
