Great place to have breakfast or lunch and catch up with friends ! Food is good and service is very nice. Definitely recommend this place.
Cece is our favorite waitress at this black bear diner... She is always super friendly, fast, as can be, and adds to the overall experience. This is become our go to breakfast spot in the West Valley. If every server was like Cece, restaurants would be flourishing everywhere.
the service is the best I have had MJ has a lot of energy and every time I come she is the most loving person and caring makes sure everything is good and the food is also great
We had a great evening at this location. There is a good variety of food choices and everyone enjoyed their meal. The service was terrific. We had a large party and the server was attentive and friendly.
We have our monthly networking meetings here and wouldn't have it another way. The food is good and Ceecee is the best. She puts up with our mess and my jokes. Great spot for anyone including large groups!
It was great! I love everything on the breakfast menu! Chicken fried steak, that hot honey sauce, all the varieties of Benedict you can order, awesome coffee...but that BISCUIT! It needs a social security number! But seriously, a great diner-type of experience where the service is great, the food is very hearty and good, and you just feel comfortable!
love this spot. been here so many times, and the decor is so cute and comforting. coffee is great and the cinnamon roll french toast is a must order. I got the breakfast burrito and swapped the chorizo for bacon and had a must add of avocado and it was amazingggg. also... BACON RANCH!! fries or anything that you like with ranch is a must order. will come back always
This is a perfect place for comfort food. Staff is always friendly and attentive in this cozy restaurant. My pork ribs were delicious and fell off the bone. Veges cooked just right. My sister ordered the meatloaf and honestly there's something nontraditional in it which is a lil odd for me but it's not bad. They have a very nice variety of breakfast items, even grits and those were cooked just right. Pancakes are nice and fluffy and I don't see how someone can eat more than one! Cece service was excellent she was really friendly and kept checking on us for refills, food was delicious. Good experience, definitely recommend.
