Manny, Michelle, our tall buff waiter and everyone else are completely amazing and attentive. Their attitude towards the customer is very welcoming and honestly family like. These people are very humble and down to earth, very clean restaurant thanks to the amazing workers. Food is on time and better than expected, I come here every week, cheers

Service is amazing! Love the vibes of this diner, super cozy and THE PORTIONS my goodness! For the price you pay you get soo much. So homey and cozy and so much seating. I really hope this place doesn't go out of business. Solid solid breakfast/brunch spot. They have great American desserts and classic dishes!
Really good food! I love the unlimited tasty hot coffee, the breakfast foods, and the booths. I've also had excellent service every single time.
We love Black Bear for our weekend breakfast. The portions are generous and the staff is super friendly!
I have been going to this diner since 2021, and it's my favorite diner in the valley! I'm giving it 5 stars mostly because of the service. Of course, my favorite chicken fried steak is (happy tears) delicious! But I mostly love this place because of Cece (Cecile). She's always been an amazing server since I started coming here - super friendly, professional, accommodating, and all round great! She's always on it. I am never lacking coffee (and God knows that prevents me from turning green). Thanks Cece!
Food was amazing and the servers were very accommodating and kind. I liked the aongs they played on the jukebox.
Food was great. Their sweet cream pancakes are delectable. Its a bit better than normal pancakes because of that slight difference. Pancakes were nice and fluffy. Nutella and Banana on top was just the cherry on top. We got two coffees and shared a freshly made orange juice along with water. I got the two eggs breakfast with bacon, toast and hash brown. Heads up before reading, I only got take-out here, so that's all I can speak for. I was at a bar down the block and desperate for food after coming from work. Almost everywhere was either already closed or about to close and Black Bear was the only place that would take my online order for pickup before closing.
