Outstanding food and service. Cece was the best! Can't wait to come back. I'm glad they finally have some of these in Southern California
Cici our waitress was awesome, the food was great, experience here was truly second to none.
First time visiting and it was great! Great attentive staff and the food was good. Its diner food, but if you go in with that in mind you wont be disappointed. Will definitely return!
If you're looking for generous portions and a fun, family atmosphere, this is a great spot. Cece was wonderful, very attentive, and quick to refill coffee!!
First time eating here,Yeah I had a waiter name cici she was the greatest waiter I've ever had the bestest ever, I would give this place a 20 star review just because cici of her great customer service if I had the power I would make her the general manager of all of the black bear franchises out here she was that great.
Black Bear Diner has a coupon promotion right now which is 100% worth it! The staff worked really hard to make everyone happy. The food is very normal American fare done well. I was more than happy with this meal. Very family oriented place. My waiter was very sweet. Not for perfectionists, this place is for wholesome feelings. Get some.
I had not been here for a minute even though its only 4 miles from me. I ordered one of the breakfast combos and everything was made to my specs - Bravo ! Only small thing is $ 4.29 is a touch high for a diet coke !
Dinner was really good. Better than I expected. My husband had the patty melt with fries. My daughter had the Parmesan sourdough cheeseburger with fries. And I had the chicken fried steak w mashed potatoes and green beans. We had excellent service by Obed. We pretty much had the entire place to ourselves.
Amazing food and hospitality is the norm here. Ordered meatloaf here and couldn't even finish it by how generous they are with servings. Ambiance was truly phenomenal, felt like i was in an old diner. Thank you!!!
