My first time at black bear dinner and let me tell you that the service was excellent and bonnie our service was so friendly and the best...I recommend this place...great food and drinks!
The food is so good. And our server Cecille is amazing and has a positive energy. We love it and we will be back.
I've been here before and I love the food so, I took my aunt for the first time and she loved it. Not only was the food served promptly and hot but, our server Bonnie was amazing. If you are in the area, go ahead and dine here, I hope you are lucky enough to have Bonnie as a server.

My fiance & I have made it a weekly tradition to have breakfast here specifically this location because they never fail to provide good service. The coffee is always hot, the chicken fried steak is always crispy, & servers are always on point. Shoutout to Cece and the rest of the staff!
Not only was the food great but the ambiance and the feel of the diner was amazing. My pancakes were delicious and my hash browns were crispy. Our waiter Cece didn't hesitate to serve us and our food came out within 5 minutes of us ordering. Black Bear diner was a great experience and I would 100% recommend it.
Never going back to IHOP ever again. This is now our go to spot. The food never disappoints & you have to try the huckleberry lemonade. The service is always great. Manny or Cecelia usually wait on us & they take good care of us. We love this place.
Came to eat at black bear diner in Tarzana and the waitress, Bonnie, was very nice and attentive. The food is amazing and big portions. The atmosphere is very homey and wholesome. It's like America became great all over again!
There is no better place for delicious food with portions that make you wish you owned a truck to load you out. But the icing on the cake or should I say cream is there cream pies. Only thing left to wrap a bow on the experience is manny. A server like no other. He makes every bite a dream. A place to kick back and relax like your at home.
