The service was horrible! The only one with any sense of customer service was the hostess. I oredered a dinner and got an open face sandwich. Never going back! I'll spend the extra time and gas it takes to go to the Gilbert location.
My mother and I had breakfast there yesterday. ... I would like to say the food is great. Awsome portions. So awsome my mother had to take her potatoes home. This morning she made her eggs and heated up her left over potatoes bit down on something hard and found an acrylic nail!!! Grosssss!!! Hope the manager talks to staff about wearing gloves while preparing food for the public!! �
We went on Friday evening for dinner. We were seated and greeted promptly and met our friendly server who took our order. Our soup and salad came very quickly with our beverages. Then we waited and waited. Our waitress came by and apologized then went to check on our dinner. After about 10 more minutes dinner arrived. Service was incredibly slow. Eggs barely over easy ( & snotty for lack of a better term), hash browns were bland and most not cooked through and biscuit was so dry that even smothering In Butter didn't help....BUT... The bacon was good!! All that for $46.00 plus a tip for 3 adults & 1 toddler!
The service was awful. Once we got our breakfast our eggs were not cooked. The server should have never brought them to the table. They were clearly undercooked with the white part of the egg being clear. We will NOT go back to that location.
We were excited to try out the new location but I will never go back! The food was gross, service was horrible, and the staff really didn't care. So disappointed!
When my husband and I arrived there was a 15 minute wait. I was concerned about my diabetic husband because his blood sugar was low. The hostess immediately asked what she could bring him while we waited. I asked for a glass of orange juice for him. And there wasn't even a charge for it! We will definitely be back!
We went for brunch on a Sunday and the service wasn't that impressive nor was the food. We had to keep requesting silverware because they'd forget that we asked numerous times and although we had 2 children with us, we had to specifically request kids menus. The portions were large, but our food was cold by the time a server finally brought it to us and it tasted and looked like it had been sitting out for hours. We won't be going back.
