we always went to the one in glendale on bell rd,so excited to go to this one. we went yesterday for breakfast. we asked for gravy on the side instead of on biscuits but the came covered in gravy�. the carpet was filthy with food all over. that was a real turn off for me. get one of those push vacuume & teach someone to use it. don't plan on going back any time soon.

I really wanted to like this place, but, the service was slow and my food was undercooked and cold. I went there for dinner on 10/22 I'm hoping they get better and I am willing to try again, but not until they get the kinks worked out. I went there for my birthday, big mistake, not enjoyable. We did have my 14 month old granddaughter with us and the extra long waits made it a little tough to keep her occupied and happy. There was 6 of us in our party, 2 liked what they ordered.

First visit at this new location, very disappointed with the service as well as the food. We arrived around 2:30 on Sunday afternoon so the lunch rush had already subsided. It took about 5 minutes for someone to notice that we were waiting to check in, but once we were finally noticed, we were seated quickly. Our server had no recommendations from the menu so we placed our orders and waited, and waited, and waited. just love black bear on Gilbert ave this one doesn't come close simply horrible and not sure they anyone there cared either
