just love black bear on Gilbert ave this one doesn't come close simply horrible and not sure they anyone there cared either
Terrible experience. Asked for extra crispy bacon it came out translucent and fatty, barely cooked. The kids French toast sticks weren't very tasty unless it was doused in syrup, which my kids won't eat. Server forgot to put in an order for a Patty Melt with Kettle chips. Offered free ice cream or cornbread to make up for it. Finally got the patty melt and the Rye bread was borderline burned, patty had little flavor, and the order came out with fries not kettle chips.
