Fantastic food and extremely nice, talented staff.
I love eating at Black Bear Diner!! Me and my family eat there often. I’ve never had a problem with the food, it is super good and the service has always been excellent as well. The only issue I have foreseen over the past month of going there is there seems to be a change in management. The reason I say that is because they seem to be getting rid of excellent servers/managers and hiring some questionable staff. Great service, great food, pleasant atmosphere.
I had lunch at Black Bear Diner today with my niece and grandniece. The hostess, Cassie,and our waitress, Paula were great! Cassie was friendly and treated us respectfully. Paula was also very friendly, attentive and provided us with great service. My grandniece was fascinated with Paula. I also noticed that Paula treated every customer with respect.
