"Disappointing Experience at Black Bear Diner in Tulsa Unfortunately, my visit to Black Bear Diner in Tulsa fell short of expectations. Despite ordering a classic comfort food dish like chicken and waffles, the food was subpar. The service was also lacking. My tri tip was super tough and uneditable. So, I sent it back and she brought me something else on the menu(at my request). I ask for more gravy because it was dry and she dumped/threw gravy all over me on accident, gravy went all over my clothes. I felt bad for her because she was stressed and overwhelmed. But they didn’t discount my food or comp it. Personally feel like that should have been discounted. And no it wasn’t just my tri tip that was really tough so was my mother’s.

I ordered Raspberry Cheese cake picked roast that was good fries kinda blah lemonade. I didn’t get desert at all really made me mad does take a hr cann you not freeze if that reason doesn’t tell you u don’t get it and as expensive dinner receipt didn’t show how much I paid .

Horrible food we love black bear this is a horrible representation of it. The kids food was burned and the rest tasted poorly as well server was horribly inattentive . They also forgot about us as we were supposed to be seated ,and we had to say something to them for them to finally seat us. Then message them to tell them about it and they tell us thanks for your response and that’s it we will never be back!

Was seated at a table waited 15 minuets! No waitress helped us, walked out!! NEVER AGAIN!! Just called asked for the manager, wouldn’t let me talk with the manager!! The one that answered the phone said that she got there at 2! When I told her my experience SHE SAID I WAS MAKING A FALSE CLAIM AGAINST THEM!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!! THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!😂😂😂
