I ordered Raspberry Cheese cake picked roast that was good fries kinda blah lemonade. I didn’t get desert at all really made me mad does take a hr cann you not freeze if that reason doesn’t tell you u don’t get it and as expensive dinner receipt didn’t show how much I paid .

Horrible food we love black bear this is a horrible representation of it. The kids food was burned and the rest tasted poorly as well server was horribly inattentive . They also forgot about us as we were supposed to be seated ,and we had to say something to them for them to finally seat us. Then message them to tell them about it and they tell us thanks for your response and that’s it we will never be back!

Was seated at a table waited 15 minuets! No waitress helped us, walked out!! NEVER AGAIN!! Just called asked for the manager, wouldn’t let me talk with the manager!! The one that answered the phone said that she got there at 2! When I told her my experience SHE SAID I WAS MAKING A FALSE CLAIM AGAINST THEM!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!! THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!😂😂😂

We were a party of 8. None of the orders were right. I wasnt told that my order could not be made till after waiting over an hour. We walked out.
It took 30 minutes to get my food another 30 for my husband and another 15 for my granddaughter to get her food. This is crazy. My granddaughter and I only had breakfast. No one got to eat together.

Our Christmas holiday meal was late, missing food, and our pie was broke and stacked on top of each other. Staff member that brought us our food would not even respond to us or even smile when we greeted her. We prepaid and left a 20% tip. 2 meals at $56 was not worth it with. It’s a shame because they were good back at Thanksgiving. My husband works the holidays so we do look forward to a nice takeout meal before his 12 hour shift starts on Christmas.

Stopped to eat after shopping! It was very dark so I called to see what time they closed! The manager said 9:45 ( sign on building said 10) it was 9:14. Went in to eat was sat only customers in the building! The manager told the cooks who came out to look and then started loudly talking in Spanish about how they were ready to go! At 9:22 Jeffrey finally showed up to greet at which time I stated we wouldn’t be staying to eat but asked what the GM name was? Came for breakfast and was served hot tea passed off as coffee, rotten ham on my Benedict and yesterday morning’s potatoes. Will not be returning.
