This restaurant is nice and clean atmosphere. But the young man, Ryan who waited on us twice now , is not attentive at all. We ended up walking out Because we couldn't get his attention. The food was cold. My soup had to be reheated in the microwave and then it came back with soggy crackers in it. Then they gave me steak surf and turf and it was not hot. Atmosphere here is bizarre. I felt the food was above average but we were mage to feel uncomfortable and that we were not welcome there and all after a gesture of kindness. I've never felt this unwelcome in a restaurant and I have eaten in East German restaurants during the cold war.

Food was very bland. Unfortunately the food was some of the worst I've had in awhile. Not trying to g to complain but this is the Panchos of Diners. All Sysco blandness. I wanted to line but just trying to help others if you want to know the quality. So sorry.

We have been waiting to e at here since they opened, ordered burgers with fries, they sat in the window a good ten minutes, my husband got up to go get them and then a server said I 'll get them after several severs walked by the food window. The food was cold and not served the way we asked, I wanted no onion & lettuce and receive both. The floors were filthy and tables were dirty, there were maybe 5 tables total eating so being busy was not the issue. Servers were just standing around instead of cleaning the place up. This was my first time at this establishment and I would like to express that there was nothing wrong with the waiter , he was very nice and polite. The food was good , although we didn't receive one of the meals because the kitchen didn't make it. the waiter came back to tell us that he let the kitchen know several times about the missing plate and they were not going to make the meal. So one of us didn't eat simply cause they wouldn't fix the mistake.

Waited 20 minutes to be seated which is understandable being 9am on a holiday. Looked over the menu and decided on what we were going to ordered only to find out they are out of biscuits and it would be 30 minutes before they have any ready. I am at a loss for words on how a place know for their biscuits would run out at 9:30am in the morning and oh why it would be 30 minutes before more were available. This is the main reason we came for breakfast.

the first time we tried to get a table it was busy w a line out the door-understandable. Today it did not seem busy at all. After putting our name on the list and waiting for 40 mins I overheard staff discussion of only having ONE cook. I asked if when we finally get a table would we have another 40 min wait for food? shoulder shrugs all around. left hangry to eat elsewhere.

Had chili and baked potato. Chili was cold and mostly beans. Wouldn't recommend. Warning: if you join e-club, you'll have to wait for email for 2 free meals. Otherwise, had pot roast another time. It was fantastic.

Black Bear Diner is just a lower quality knock off cracker barrel, hospitals serve food better than this place
