We waited 10 min to be seated while we were the only ones there. Once seated the chair and table was gross and sticky, 30min into being seated others were seated around us and served their food before we even got ours. The food came out cold. I would not visit this location ever again.

The service sucked, the food was cold, the chairs and tables were sticky. We were seated first and received our food last. The food came out cold. And it took them 10 minutes for them to realize we were waiting to be seated.

Thought we would give this one more chance.Took the family to this location tonight and found that it has gotten worse. Ordered the club sandwich it came badly burnt with black bacon. All four of us ordered hash browns that were completely solid and burnt. We could pick them up in on piece. We spent 53.00 on an inedible dinner. Disgusting. This place has gone down hill. Went here for dinner today and what a disappointment the food was. When our meal was brought to us the $17.00 steak was seriously paper thin and the brown gravy we ordered for the potatoes was not served with the dinner, we were told the gravy is not ready yet it will be done in about 2 minutes. Went on my birthday to the one in west valley Utah the server was bad and it got worse when we told him it was my birthday the manger was wonderful comped us our meal but I think that I won't be back

It took a long time to get our meal and when we did it wasn't the right orders. The food wasn't as good as the food we had before at other diners.

the last 2x that I have gone have been horrible. we go during the week in the evening so there's less people, there has been less than 10 tables of people each time so pretty empty and the service is super slow and poor. it takes 15 mins to get your waiter to come and take your order and another 45 minutes to get your food. pretty ridiculous. people were upset getting ready to walk out both times I went.. get some more cooks and staff.

I must say Black Bear has been my favorite for such a long time. Amazing food, and typically great service. However last Saturday my boyfriend and I were waiting to be seated. There was a girl with black hair and glasses that was very rude to everyone per example An Asian man came in and thought it was another restaurant, the two girls at the front laughed and made rude comments as he left.
