My only issue was that the air was so cold I had to go out and get my sweater. After the brought our food my eggs started getting cold. The waiter stopped by and I asked if they could possible adjust it a little bit because we were sitting where two vents converge. They did and it helped THE FOOD on all three of our visits has been so exceptional.

This was our first time going to Black Bear Diner and we loved it! Michelle was kind enough to explain the menu to us and was very friendly and on top of everything the entire time. She really upped the experience to a higher level. We also really enjoyed our huckleberry milk shakes. Would go again!
