Our food was good when we got it. My husband ordered s chicken fried steak & got chicken instead. 3 others in our party never got their food at all. When we finished eating the others canceled their order. Those with no food were given a dessert to take home. We went early at 4 pm but that didn't help. More training needed!
I tried to call a order in last night,and the girl told me to call back in 15 minutes!! I hope that's not the way their trained to take a call. At least take my order and tell me the wait time. Think I'll wait a little longer for them to get the kinks out�
I realize that it just opened so I'm not going to say anything bad, just that some things need to be improved. I will try this place again in a month or two and see if they improved in a couple of areas or if it seems this will be the norm.

The service was horrible!!! The food took forever to come out and the customer service was not great. I understand it's new but people can still bring good customer service...food was average.. coffee was good but super strong....price was okay.... I would stick to IHOP
They no doubt have great food BUT training people to get you the food may be a huge challenge with our experience. Third time is the charm right? That's how many times our waitress had to come back and Confirm our order after submitting it wrong. Then n the end It was still wrong! I almost walked out!
The wait was ok, anticipated, our waitress however was having a bad day. I hope she shapes up before winter visitors get here or she is going to starve ! Oh and the food was GREAT !!
