Would not recommend to anyone. Poor service and tons of hidden charges, room was dirty with stained towels and bedding and carpet! Recommend pan pacific, right near by, same price, but far nicer.

Clean but blunt service
Ahead of my stay I called the hotel to ask for help, and the man that picked up the phone was extremely rude. As soon as I said I booked through expedia and needed help, he started talking over me, didn't listen to anything I said and kept raising his voice. He even said I was Expedia's customer, not his customer.

Very dirty soundings, dead plants out front & the manager/owner was very hostile, unprofessional & unwelcoming. He talked about other guests, was watching the security cameras constantly and I felt very bad for the lovely female staff.
Overly its okay, surprising that we couldnt book in early without giving an additional 50 dollars to the cleaning staff. Late checkouts cost 30 per hour. Check in was curt and generally unhelpful. Considering the booking was 350 for one night you'd think they spend more time on the overal welcom experience. Bed was fine room was smaller than it looks in photos. Pool was nice, sauna never got hot. Hot tub was good. Overall I'd give it a 6/10
