This hotel front desk staffs are so bad. This hotel environment so BAD

This hotel is poorly maintained and our unit was in terrible repair. A) Wobbly, unsecured faucets B) Filthy, damaged arborite countertops C) Coffeemaker did not work D) Unsecured parking $28 unexpected charge E) additional $46 unexpected charge to check in 1.5 hours early F) Door deadbolt did not work G) Super noisy location (rowdy drunks all night) H) Elevator was filthy. CONCLUSION: An expensive night in a low-end motel-ish type of place.

Since the basic need when booking a hotel room is to sleep and you can’t sleep because of guests making noise, what’s the point? Even though I went down to the front desk at 3 am, the staff in charge wouldn’t even tell the noise makers to stop… We had to bear that until 7 am. This place is to avoid absolutely! The freshly renovated pool seems a bit left behind especially in the change room, the wall needs to be painted as well as the soap dispenser to be refilled. The bathroom was dirty. The walls surrounding the tub is molded and the shower curtain has someone's snot on it. The setup of the hotel indicates that the area is unsafe.
