Old and out of order no Toaster or TV remote, or dining table which is strange for an apartment with a kitchen. Also the pool was freezing, the spa was broken and the sauna out of order. Location and staff were great and bed was very comfortable.

Parking is expensive not include with your stay The rooms is great but the parking is not included with the stay like the other hotel. Parking fee is expensive with 20$ per day!

Awful place! The sink pipes were baking up in the bathroom all morning and the smell was horrendous that we couldn’t use the bathroom to get ready. Our TV wasn’t working the night before and we were asked to wait till morning, as there was no maintenance. We said no we’re checking out tomorrow and would like to watch tv while we relax. Basically the staff were useless, the place is gross and not maintained, and it’s way to over priced for what you get.

It is now 2am. There is people partying and literally screaming right now. There is no phone in the room for me to report this.

Worst experience ever! Firstly the heater was not working, we requested to fix it or change the room. They said they can not fix it and the hotel is full (it was a weekday and their parking lot only had 4 cars) so they ended up by giving us two blankets. Secondly they didn’t give us an option for the parking. Made us have to finish skiing at 2pm. We tried to talk to manager he said he could help us in any ways. Never come back again
