Terrible Literally was harrassed didnt even stay there and they still charged for the security deposit and now they dont want to return my deposit.
The property was not clean when we arrived. The phone wasn’t operational. Had to get the utensils replaced cause the staff didn’t bother checking the room before we arrived to make sure that the property and utensils were is clean. The water kettle was also very dirty. No attention to details what so ever.
It was so noisy until 2:30am that we couldn’t sleep all night. Our room was next to the elevator And it got noisy at 7am. Had cranky kids and sleepless night. Ruined our vacation
Everything was good at the hotel. There was jo fault of the hotel, but Expedia you messed up everything, I booked this bigger room for 6 adults. But your system booked it for 2 adults. And I have to pay $50 per person at the hotel. You guys suck, never ever booking through you guys ever in my life. Neither any hotel nor flights.
