Great location, friendly staff. Very nice room, however upon arrival our dishwasher was not emptied, and one of the knives in the drawer was rusty.

Great location, gross room The location is fabulous—a two minute walk to the Whistler and Excalibur gondolas. That's about where the positive feedback ends. Upon check-in, the GM went on and on about replacing the broken toilet seat in our room. Wearing dirty shorts and sandals, he waved around a toilet seat in our faces as though to prove he's on top of this issue. However, that was the least of our issues with the room! Horrible experience. The heating didn't work at all, the room was freezing. We need to sleep with our coats on. Two of us almost caught a cold after one night.

One of the worst experiences we’ve had at a hotel. Overall cleanliness was extremely poor, felt like the place hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

COVID Frat House I would not recommend this hotel - for the cost it is a budget place at best, the rooms have thin walls and you can hear everything outside and inside the building - there was multiple parties going on inside the building on upper floors and it went on until 4 am with management doing nothing. The staff are a weird crew that do not follow covid protocols…..
