No one at front desk when checking out. Keys to room failed 6 times. Had to keep getting new ones. Didn't know about parking charge or security deposit. No maid service mentioned at check in. At this point would not recommend your hotel
Room Type: 2 nights x Studio Suite, 1 Queen Bed with Sofa bed, Balcony Pros: - Located at Whistler Village. Good for first time visitor. - We can’t ask too much due to limited budget! Cons: - DON’T take shower in the morning. There is NO hot water for first 10 minutes (although being informed already)!!! - Room and Bed are NOT cleanliness. We found bed bugs on Sofa Bed. - Climate-control Air-Conditioning is noisy. Note: This is one of first generation hotel in Whistler which has over 40 years old.
No TV Signal, No hot Water, Room Keys not working properly. During one day Stay had to reactivate key at least seven times
Customer service was terrible.
Well The staff were friendly and awesome but The room wasn’t clean and falling apart. The toilet was broken, baseboards off the wall, shower was dirty and the shower curtain had the worst smell. For the amount i paid to stay there it was very disappointing. The location was excellent and convenient but i wont be staying there again.
Extremely poor customer service amd cleanliness Female manager rita berated me in the lobby when i complained about the sheets i felt bullied and unwelcome. I have NEVER had such a devastatingly experience in my 54+ yeara of travelling. I believe unstained sheets is a basic expectation ...her responses... 1. This the most awful experience in my life. The front desk and staff ok but the Manager Rita is horrible. I booked 2 nights and the 2rd day the swipe lock malfunction. I was promised it will be fixed asap. After 5 hrs, still not fix I went to front desk and ask for the update and I was told the manager left. The front desk called the manager, and I spoke with the manager on the phone and told her it needed to be fixed or she needed to compensate me.
