The cleanliness is terrible. Rubbish are seen behind beds and below mattress. Furnitures are also old
Our rooms were tired looking, but relatively clean. Many items not in working order, lamp, safe, stove burner, dishwasher.
Not worth the money The pool was dirty and the hot tub was worse. The Jets didn't work and you could see all the built up filth. I can't believe I paid over $500 a night for that. Wouldn't do it again.
Floors/carpet was dirty... walked into shower and black on white tub showed instantly. My son pointed out my beet looked black on bottom.
Location cannot be beat. The hotel smells of mold with a mask of glade to attempt to
Reception manager was the worst person i evwr met. She was racist with and attitude of soinh wrong things correctly. She only knows how to argue qithout logic and making fun of hotels customers. Only book this hotel if you have no other option available.
Not what we expected Booked place for six people as it stated that was capacity. Had seating for three people (the pullout couch) No table or chairs as shown in the photos. Not a six person unit! Everything quite dated. Noise from bars was deafening. Pool and hot tub not open; not stated on listing. Would not have booked had we known any of the above.
