The room.was bigger than needed. The room had paint peeling off the walls. No breakfast for the price you pay. No free.parking for the prive you pay. Sure it was clean but the stay was terrible!!!!

I was charged extra fees and staff at reservation desk said it is because I booked through Expedia. Also I was charged 250 $ as damage deposit. After one week I have to call them back to revert back my deposit. It took three days constant reminder calls to get money back . To keep my back bag before check in time they want me to charge extra as well. They gave me only two keys whereas we were three guests. The bed sheets were unclean and had some sort of stains were there. The pool area was also not well clean.

This hotel is close to the action but is in dire need of a renovation. Cannot believe the state of the hotel given the amount charged. Water stains in ceiling and poor lighting. The bed was very hard…can tell it was old. If the bed was better I might be inclined to give a higher review. Only plus was the close proximity.

The location was great but after that it was unfortunately not good. First, on arrival they announced they needed to charge us extra as the 3rd party we used undercharged us. Should not have been my issue. Next, the fridge in the room had had something left in it for a long time and the smell it left behind was awful. In the morning, there was ZERO iot water...at 6 am, and still noon at 6:30 nor 7. I called and all the extensions cut you off so you cant reach anyone.
