Good location and a friendly staff. Spacious room with kitchen, which would be great if you are doing a longer stay

Super let down This was the most I’ve ever been cat fished by a listing. The amenities listed were inaccurate. The soaking tub was a basic tub that didn’t cover my knees. No massaging shower head. No balcony. The mountain view was just the parking lot.

We had a medical emergency and they did not want to refund us. They also did not let us rebook for another day. All around dissatisfied with the service.

Blackcomb Lodge or Orbitz processed my booking wrong and assigned it off by one day. Then the internet did not work on arrival and I had to check in hours later. Then the manager yelled angrily at someone parking wrong outside of the hotel for hours. Orbitz also refused to refund me the price difference for their mistake in the booking system. I think I will stay somewhere else in the future, as the hotel was a pleasant place to stay before.

This is just FYI. We booked 4days/3nights. Charged extra $50/night for my 2 yo. Beds were only full size not queen. Shower curtain smells musty. Shower/tub drain not draining well, water accumulates while you shower. No toothpaste. Mirror is broken. Fridge not cooling well. Indoor Pool water is cold to swim. No proactive room cleaning (at all) or daily towel change unless you asked, then whistler hotels charge cleaning fee, laughable. Lastly, $34/night parking.

The room.was bigger than needed. The room had paint peeling off the walls. No breakfast for the price you pay. No free.parking for the prive you pay. Sure it was clean but the stay was terrible!!!!
