The first room we were in, was next to noise guests. Hanna at the front desk switched and upgraded our rooms to a more sound proof suite. The rest of our stay was quite comfortable And we enjoyed being right in the whistler square.
It was a great stay and location. Hot tub jets were not working and big element on our stove was not working. Found you can hear every noise in the hallway. Otherwise staff and location were awesome we probably would stay there again.
I liked how it was not in the direct centre allowing there to be a sense of peace but so close you never felt like you couldn't just pop back
Great place to stay if you want to be right in the village
Great location and value for money. Need a drying room or cupboard for wet clothes would have been helpful but overall very good
Very spacious room, great location right in the heart of the village. Staff were helpful, though both looking down at the computers when we arrived and didn’t look up or welcome them until I was standing right in front of them.
Everything was great, staff were awesome, and staff were very helpful.
the location is really nice, room was spacious however my room is right across a bar so it was quite loud at night
