Owner or the manager was at the property named Manny I think. He doesn't even know how to talk to customers. We aprked our car outside the property to check in he started shouting from his window and started filming out car. Property is not great at all. Don't waste your money here at this resort.
It was such a hassle to check in, you have to buzz in and they will not allow you to check in at 3:30pm you have to check in at 4pm on the dot. There is only 1 elevator so you have to use the stairwell quite a bit. The room we got was upgraded to a balcony which was tiny and it was far from the elevator and stairs and it was also noisy at night it was facing towards the middle section. Never Again I hate this place.
Broken Gutters 2 gutters broken either side of the window rain was slamming in to the roof below our window creating a very loud disturbing noise all throughout the night , I took videos of the water hitting the roof and the noise it made all night
