Poorly maintained and poorly managed. Hot water boiler failed on day two so whole hotel had no hot water for four days. Manager strung us along each day saying next day for sure, presumably so that we would not check out. No discount or compensation offered and manager argued when we asked for one. Not even a free hot chocolate when we came in off the slopes. Bare bones, no frills and clearly run on a shoestring by cheapskates. The hotel did not have hot water since the boiler was broke. The room was very smelly and bathroom was full of mold in shower. Super noisy at night since there are many bars which play loud songs till 11 PM every night.

I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. I will never recommend this hotel for anyone, especially if I love them. They charged an arm and a leg for everything including parking, taxes and extra fees. Then they towed my car amd blamed me for it. The next morning, the old guy was yelling at me about he parking. We booked a one night stay in August for early December, and 23 days before our reservation, I tried to cancel due to an unforeseen situation. I called multiple times, about five times, but was told the manager was unavailable each time. Even Expedia could not help because the manager was not present. Due to this lack of support, we had to continue with the trip, and thankfully a friend covered the cost of the other room. I had already paid the fee, and they had accepted my payment. Within just ten minutes, my friend arrived with their child, but the staff prevented the child from coming up due to safety concerns, which we understood. As parents, we also wanted to be cautious and not easily leave our child with others. After discussing it, we decided to book an additional room in accordance with their policies. The front desk guy is really intense. I could tell he is the owner. He does treat you like youre checking in to jail instead of a hotel you are paying for. He makes you sign off on every single rule and theres little charges for every single thing. He also RAN out to the parking lot to greet us and it felt odd because his energy was very frenetic.
