Needs updating, it has a mold and old smell, elevators are slow and old.

The unit was dirty look like not clean, not mop the floor, toilet dirty and the manager just take a toilet paper and clean what I mention for him. Never back to clean properly. Bring a beers to apologize but like a that beers was living in other room. Pool is open 10 am and the check out is 10 am. Manager attitude was cero gentle. And we pay $700 dlls night was not cheap.

This property is really run down. The rooms were not clean. Shower was dirty with hair and debris from previous guest, mirrors were dirty as well. The heat in the rooms is a huge pain as the fan runs intermittently and kicks on every 5 minutes, no option to let it run. Turned it off so we could sleep because it was loud and disruptive. I asked our friends who were staying here as well and they had the same problems in their rooms. It’s a Party Night club you can here all the people out in the village and when they come back from the cubs they keep parting in the rooms and the hotel hallways screaming and slamming doors it’s good if you don’t plan to rest or sleep join them .unit #214 if on level 2 in front of the elevator you can here everyone that get off that floor every time they a have a $250 fee for any load noise after 10pm until 8am they might charge the people but don’t give you as customer any discount for the headache you pass in the hotel t... read more
