The overall property is fine, and we were upgraded to a nice king room with a full kitchen. The front desk staff were attentive; however, there weren't enough staff working, and the check-in took ~45 minutes. We were in a room facing the square and it was very loud at 2 AM until 3 AM. We also had a rowdy neighbour. The room was nice, and we appreciated the upgrade.
Owner or the manager was at the property named Manny I think. He doesn't even know how to talk to customers. We aprked our car outside the property to check in he started shouting from his window and started filming out car. Property is not great at all. Don't waste your money here at this resort.
It was such a hassle to check in, you have to buzz in and they will not allow you to check in at 3:30pm you have to check in at 4pm on the dot. There is only 1 elevator so you have to use the stairwell quite a bit. The room we got was upgraded to a balcony which was tiny and it was far from the elevator and stairs and it was also noisy at night it was facing towards the middle section.
