The head chef and the activities coordinator are outstanding in their roles and a common belief is that both ladies are the life and soul of Blaenos.

Really well catered for, family get-togethers, and tasty home-cooked food served with cheerful smiles. Father-in-law clearly enjoys living here and is very well cared for.

It was very entertaining, we had a lovely singer here, which my friends and I enjoyed, dancing too. Hope to be able to do it again soon. It was nice for the residents and all.

My husband received the best care. He was always clean and clean shave, which was important to him. I was kept well informed about his condition and allowed to stay for hours with him, just holding his hand. Thank you all so much for what you did for him.

First, I appreciate the courtesy and respect of the staff I met and their willingness to answer questions and respond to my mother's needs. I also appreciate the very relational way Mum was treated - as well as the professionalism of everyone I encountered.

Blaenos had organised a lovely team for her 90th birthday. There was a fantastic selection of sandwiches and cakes, a beautiful birthday cake and cups of tea. We had use of the sun lounge for a real family gathering. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and treated her with respect and dignity. They had all her birthday cards out and had arranged some ballon and bunting. Thank you.
