Blaise was extremely helpful throughout the process of purchasing my first home! Couldn't ask for anything better. As a first home clueless buyer he helped me from start to finish. He was even there at Closing and shook my hand as i got my keys to my first house. He got me the loan that got me my Home, couldn't be happier.

Blaise was extremely helpful and patient as we worked to purchase our new home. At the same time that we were buying our house in Maryland, we were selling a long time rental home in Georgia, and moving from Texas to Maryland. Given all that we had going on in our lives at the time that we decided to purchase a home, we needed the financing to be as simple as possible. My deal almost fell through because the condo I bought was not in a VA approved community. Blaise worked tirelessly to get all the proper documents together and submitted to the VA, and after a small delay I was able to purchase my property. ABSOLUTELY recommend!!!
