I couldn't have asked for a better experience in buying my first home. Blaise and his team made sure I knew exactly what I needed to do at every point in the process. They were proactive and continuously kept me updated, even if just to assure me that everything was on track and going smoothly. Beyond that they answered all of my questions and were always extremely responsive!

Blaise and the GRA team did a fantastic job on the mortgage for my family's new home. Whether day, night, or weekend, he was always quick to respond to any questions, and GRA's online checklists and tools helped make what can be a painful process much easier. Blaise was even able to negotiate and get us a lower interest rate just prior to closing, and we were still able to close on time and under budget. I would highly recommend Blaise and GRA.

My real estate agent with Coldwell Banker encouraged me to talk with Blaise. Blaise provided a better rate than my original lender. I was a first time home-buyer and really wasn't sure what to expect. Blaise explained the steps to me and answered all of my naive questions! Blaise was amazing to work with. We are first time home buyers and he walked us through the process every step of the way. He answered our calls and texts no matter the time of the day and took the time to explain every detail to make sure we were comfortable with the decisions we needed to make.
