I had a lot of last minute 'urgent' changes/needs that could easily have derailed the whole process. Blaise bent over backwards to get the loan closed and still get it done without any delay.

Blaise and his team were the best I have worked with. This was my third home purchase and never have i truly felt I got the best possible deal and service from my lender. Blaise and his team made this purchase practically effortless on my end. I received a 1.5% better interest rate than what other lenders offered because they were not experienced enough about my VA loan options. Needless to say, Blaise saved me thousands of dollars with his experience and was a true professional throughout the entire process.

This was my second experience working with Blaise. I first worked with him when purchasing my home in 2017. I have used a few different mortgage companies for purchasing homes and Guaranteed Rate Affinity was by far the most efficient. Blaise is customer focused, is very responsive to ensuring that our home loan closed on time! While not everyone is tech savvy, their on-line portal is very customer friendly and easy to use. It reminds of the commercial phrase, “it so easy even a caveman can do it!” I highly recommend Guaranteed Rate Affinity to anyone buying a new home!!
