Blaise was professional and a pleasure to work with. He explained all of my mortgage options in great detail and was very responsive when I had questions either by phone or email, even on weekends. I am Active Duty and just move to Bethesda, MD with my wife. We do not know much about loan for home buying and besides, it is our first-time buying home in MD. Blaise helped us on every step and get our VA loan less than a month with a great interest rate. He will answer any question that we do not understand about the loan, even on weekend, he able to reply back to us. His excellent customer service and job performance are outstanding. Blaise is great, very knowledgeable and quick to get back in touch if he misses your call. I'm Active duty military who uses the same bank for all my banking, investments and insurance. I started to go with them out of inertia. However, Blaise offered a better rate and I gave him a shot. I'm very happy I did! My other bank screwed up the VA appraisal process and created a 2 week delay. Blaise and his team straightened it out and got me to closing on time. He's great.
