Blake made the process a breeze. He either answered every time or called be back immediately with any questions I had and trust me I had a lot of them. He was able to get me the money my bank wasn't willing to so that I could buy the home of my dreams. I would recommend Blake to anyone.

I can't begin to explain how awesome Blake was to work with during my purchasing process. He was always available to answer any questions, literally seven days a week. He even communicated with me about questions I had while he was on vacation. He does a great job and you can tell he is dedicated. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed!

Blake was amazing!! He was always available no matter the time of day. Blake was patient with all of my millions of questions and never ignored any detail of my questions. Blake also has extensive knowledge, and if there is any question that he is unsure, he asks and gets back with you as soon as possible. I will always highly recommend him!!
