Blake has helped my family on two home refinancing loans. I had very specific things I was looking for and Blake kept me informed only on products that would help me meet the goal I had expressed (lowest total amount I would end up paying). I know he has great product knowledge and because he really listens, was able to get us the right one. Very happy.

Blake has went over and beyond expectations to help me purchase my dream home. You defiantly can tell he has worked in the business for many years and knows his stuff. I have used Blake for refinancing my house before and same thing goes, he goes over and beyond to get the loan you want. Never would I use anybody else besides Blake. He is great at what he does.

Blake explained everything i signed in terms i could understandwe have refinanced more than once and have always been treated with respect and i feel very comfortable with him handling my loans. he also has contacted me when something new becomes available and knows it will help my finances.

I would recommend Blake to anyone. Lowest rate with by far the lowest closing costs. He kept us aware of everything that was going on with the loan process. He followed through on everything that he told us.
