This was my second time working with Blake Thorson. He makes everything very easy. It was done in a blink of an eye. He is very thorough and makes things very easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Blake to my family/friends.

Blake made the process of the loan as pleasent and possible. I would highly recommend him. We litteraly closed in less than 30 minutes. Before we knew it we owned a house. In talking with others, the time frame is un-hear-of. At a 5 star level, he was truely at a 10 star level. Blake exceeded my expeciations at every level in the loan process.

Blake help me refinance my home in early 2013. I was nearly upside down on my previous mortgage, and I wasn't sure I would be able to qualify for a refinance. He presented me with several options within a day and we closed very quickly. He is extremely pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about what he does. I highly recommend Blake for your next home or refinance.

Blake did a great job for us on our refinancing.He actually came to our house with the closing papers and made everything painless. He also explained everything very thoroughly and make everything understandable. All costs seemed fair to us.I would use Blake again if we ever need financing.JFS, Villa Ridge, MO

This was our first home purchase and Blake was outstanding throughout the entire process! We had originally started a pre-approval with another loan officer, but decided to check out Blake due to his excellent reviews and we have no doubt that we made the right decision by proceeding with Blake for our home loan. He explained everything as we went along, was very knowledgeable, and always very prompt in responding to our questions! We highly recommend him!

Wow, Blake was more than amazing to us! This was my very first home purchase and the process was so fast and efficient! Blake was very thorough and answered my 1 million questions with honesty and patience!
