Blake Thorson was very helpful. He did everything he could to help us refinance our home and to get us a lower interest rate. He was able to answer any questions that we had. He was always available at anytime of the day. We would highly recommend him and will always be using him in the future.

Blake was very helpful, extremely efficient, never left us hanging for answers when we had questions, and was extremely thorough in helping us find the best financing possible. He went out of his way to make the process as stress free and convenient as possible. Blake helped me not only once but twice with refinancing my house and bill consolidation. I found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and kept me in the loop all the way through both times, which is why I used him twice and have recommended him to others I know should they ever need that service. I would not hesitate to use his services again and would most likely go to what ever company he works with to get them as well.

I spoke with Blake about a year ago and at that time he did not have a program that would work for me. I once again gave up on any chance of ever getting my mortgage rates reduced. Then out of the blue he called me. He told me that he had a program that would work for me and I sent him all the papers he needed. I can now say I have lowered my mortgage payment by $150.00 a month. He did not just push me under the table. He remembered me and contacted me almost a year later. He is awesome and will recommend him to everyone.

Blake helped us refinance our mortgage in 2012. He was energetic, completely willing to help in any way that he could, and cosidering I had never refinanced in my life he put us at ease. He also had a very helpful office staff that went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. To this day I would still recomend his services.
