Best service I have ever experienced fast efficient and pro active Will certainly use him again ..HE IS BY FAR THE BEST REFI WE HAVE EVER DONE Have used various banks and brokers but they dont come close .

Blake made the process almost to could to be true. I honestly. based on past experiences, was waiting for the "GOTCHA" and there was none. He was very up front with what could be done in our refi and there were absolutely no surprises at close. All paperwork was returned to us on a CD, making it extremely more portable and storable compared to "paper". Will definitely seek him out again in the future and recommend USA Motgage!

We have worked with Blake on a refi a couple of times and a new loan. In both cases he worked hard to get us the best rate. He takes his time to explain each document (and there are plenty of them) so you know exactly what you are signing. He also watches the market so we know exactly what day to schedule closing for the best rate possible. I liked it that he worked with our schedule and convenience. Blake came to our home for meetings as our work schedules made it difficult to get to his office. We had refinanced with him in the past on a previous home, and were happy to be able to use him again.
