Blake was awesome to work with. I refinanced my house with him twice. He is great to work with.He was thorough with all the paperwork and explanations, and he made sure everything was ready so the process was fast.

Blake was quick to respond to my emails and provide me with the necessary documentation to refinance my house in less than 3 weeks. My rate was less than what I was quoted with other mortgage firms and the refi costs were comparable. I live about 45 miles from Blake's office. I appreciate that Blake always offered to meet me at a convenient location so I would not have to drive the distance.

He was able to help me refinance after a bankruptcy. He was nice and professional. Answered all of my questions. Always got back to me quickly if I left any messages or sent any e-mails. My closing was fast and easy from start to finish (31 days from our first meeting!)I would highly recommend Blake Thorson to a friend looking to do a mortgage loan.

My 22 year old son decided to do the American dream and buy a home. We were recommended Blake as a loan officer and cannot even begin to give him enough credit for what he did. He guided him through this whole process and was available for questions at any time, without making it feel we were bothering him. Of course there were a few bumps, but he handled it all and told us not to worry over it. He truly is a miracle worker.

Mr. Thorson made every effort to make sure my mortgage loan refinance was a smooth process. I recently went through a divorce and needed to put the home in my name on a new mortgage. He also helped my ex-husband purchase a home on his own. He had also refinanced our previous home together multiple times as interest rates dropped. Blake is always very courteous, professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Extremely Professional and Very Helpful. Blake was Polite and made the refinancing process very easy. He is extremely good at what he does.
