Hilery greeted me and explained the different types of tile, and what she thought would best meet my needs considering my budget. I was treated as professionally as anyone who might have been purchasing a more expensive tile and a larger amount of tile. Followup, both written and by phone, was very good. I was very pleased with my experience and will contact them again the next time I have a flooring project. I purchased ceramic tile for a small bathroom.

Everyone I dealt with at Blakley's was great to work with .. professional, helpful, and very skilled. They all made the process very easy. They installed new carpeting in my entire home and vinyl tile in the baths and kitchen (approx. 1050 sq ft total).

They addressed every concern I had. They were neat and prompt. I would hire them again. They removed carpeting from the kitchen, dining room, and family room. They also installed laminate flooring and bound some carpeting in fthe amily room and half-bath.

When the carpet was installed, the color varied from section to section. The installers called it to my attention and called their supervisor. The supervisor agreed that this was a bad dye job and Blakely's would take care of replacing it. Meanwhile, the installers finished the job, so we would have some carpeting on the floor. The office called to tell me that the carpet was the end of the roll and dyes can vary. The company would start production of this carpet/color in a couple of weeks and Blakely's would reinstall the c... read more
