They were very helpful. I've worked with them now for years. They have a good selection and very nice people that work there. They put in hardwood floors for the great room, dining room and the kitchen. They re-carpeted my stairs and I purchased two area rugs from them.

unknown Besides carpeting a 1600 sq ft condo, we used Blakelys to custom make entrance carpet protectors for our home in the same carpet materials as the existing carpet using saved, leftover carpet pieces. These had to fit around door frames and floor boards and trims. There was a lot of measuring and fitting. These have saved the day to protect existing carpeting from foot traffic wear and tear. This experience went very well. The installers were very professional and the sales person that I worked with was extremely helpful. They were punctual and responsive to our needs. They installed wall to wall carpet throughout my house(entire upstairs, living room, dining room). They also put a runner on our stairway.

I am pleased with the carpeting and the sales and installation services provided. The salesperson was helpful, and patient, while I tried to make up my mind as to which carpet I wanted. Once a decision was made, the salesperson explained the options for laying the carpet and where the seams would be, and the impact to the overall price. The installers were professional and worked quickly to install the carpet. They moved all furniture at no extra cost. Very pleased with the overall experience. Worked with Donna throughout the process who was very helpful and accommodating. Never felt any pressure to buy anything, and she helped us find a carpet that would last us for the amount of time we would be in our home, rather than trying to sell us more than we needed. We bought our carpet between sales and so she figured out the cost of the carpet with the summer sale that had just ended and the fall sale that was coming up and gave us the better price.
