Never felt any pressure to buy anything, and she helped us find a carpet that would last us for the amount of time we would be in our home, rather than trying to sell us more than we needed. We bought our carpet between sales and so she figured out the cost of the carpet with the summer sale that had just ended and the fall sale that was coming up and gave us the better price. I think it was our best experience in a carpet store. They showed us everything that they would do when we went over there. They tried to save has much carpet as they could. They installed carpet in two rooms a hall and stairs.

The sales professional was very knowledgeable and was able to help us figure out what carpet would be best for our needs. They came out and measured quickly and accurately. They also had a computerized program at the store that showed how the carpet would be laid, for example, where the seams would be. We were fortunate and had great carpet layers that came and put our carpet in. They were great, clean, and fast. It was very well done. We bought carpets from them and they re-carpeted two rooms in our house.

Overall, I'd say things went well. They came and stretched the carpet in one room. The crew arrived around 1 hour late but apologized and were pleasant and professional. After they had completed the job and left I found a small 2 inch "separation" in the side of the carpet. It looked like it was right at a join and could have been there before and I might not have noticed though...I'm not sure.
