The sales staff was friendly and really knew their stuff. We were quickly shown samples that met our criteria and took them home. While we found things we loved, we decided not to spend the money now. We'll definitely be back in the future. We shopped for new hard flooring and carpet.

Jennifer was great to work with and kept in touch with me throughout the process. The measurement guy was very professional and friendly. The installers were very professional, too. They came out and measured and came back on the date requested and installed the carpet. They could have installed sooner, but it didn't fit my schedule. They were very cooperative.

This was a very good experience. The carpet looks great. They came out when they said they were going to come out and finished when they said they were going to finish. They cleaned up well when they were done. They recarpeted almost the entire house. My home is approximately 2,500 square feet. They also put a kind of fake tile on the kitchen floor.

They were wonderful. This was an unusual floor because of the age of the house. We had an inconsistancy in the linoleum . The contactor said that we might have to live with it but we called Blakely's and they came out with an Armstrong representative. They went right to the spot and said, "Oh no, you can have that." They replaced the entire floor. They even let us keep the old flooring and we put it down in our barn, so it wouldn't go into a landfill. They came out to the house and help us choose linoleum and installed it as... read more

This was the first time we had used this company. Everything went great. They did a really good job and cleaned up after themselves. Jennifer at the store was very helpful in assisting us with choosing the carpet. They replaced the carpet in the living room, dining room, the stairs and the upper hallway.
