billing service was great courteous and on schedule. I was told that the charge was $168.00n with no benefit I received the claim information yesterday and I was told I was only responsible for $30.00 that you were paid $130.00 and the correct amount should have been $160. not $168. How do I get my 138.00 $ back
First visit new patient This was my first visit as a new patient. The hygienist immediately said I need x-rays and I politely declined. She said I would be unable to see doctor without them. I really only needed a cleaning anyway. The hygienist was not wearing a name tag nor told me her name. I had to ask. Multiple Fillings / Not Kid Friendly We have been going there for 2 years, my son is barely 5. Every 6 months, he somehow needs two fillings and now needs a crown. It feels like everytime we go, there is a new dental procedure that needs to be performed, and we do pay out of pocket for each procedure there. They aren't very clear when explaining why these procedures need to be performed and are in such a hurry with QUANTITY vs. QUALITY of there work. Awful place. Terrible staff. Incompetent They thought I was someone else! They are rude and not good at what they do. Stay away!
Every thing was excellent except for the totally unnecessary paper work. With computers there is no reason why you could not print out what was given me the year before and ask me to indicate necessary change.
Too much drama for a 6 month checkup as a couple My wife and I schedule our 6 month checkups on the same day one after the other since we like going to the same dental hygienist. Today we were blessed with updating the information for the office around insurance, address and medical information. Even though my wife's information about a knee replacement was "old" information, it turns out the office policy with regard to that situation was changed and not communicated prior to her appointment. Friendly On per schedule, polite and professional
Checkup and Cleaning Not very good. I was not very pleased with my cleaning. She was very rough, sprayed water on me two or three times. The doctor arrived for the final check and I don't think she had completed the the upper teeth.
Service No problem with dental services but many and continuous problems with the billing department.
