The service I received was excellent and personnel were personable, friendly and helpful The receptionist and check-out personnel were helpful and kind. I received a highly competent dental cleaning and plaque removal. The dentist who examined my teeth and gums offered good advice for future wok needed.

Dental work was excellent. This was the least satisfactory of my visits to Blue Ridge. Upon on time arrival I was given a multi page health update to fill out. Why can't I be given a copy of my last profile and asked to indicate changes? I was escorted to my room about 20 minutes later. My dental hygienist was friendly and very professional. As she was finishing things went downhill. Two other employees came in and started preparing for the next patient. I still had not received my glasses,or dentures. I was clearly being ru... read more

Business response:

Annual Health history is our least favorite paperwork to give you as well; no one likes dealing with it but it's important. Thank you for a suggestion on how to better handle it. I know today we had a hygienist out sick with some GI issues and that might have made you feel a little rushed. We apologies for that, luckily we didn't have to re-schedule anyone and we did our best to keep wait times to a minimum.

I thought I was getting a tooth taking care of that was giving me trouble but instead the appointment was for another tooth. Can't understand that at all!!! The dentist decided to do a temporary filling in the bad tooth and he hurt me so bad that the next morning I'm still unable to eat and the pain is killing me. Scheduled a appointment for the next earliest which is May 2nd and don't know that I even want to go back!!! Thanks for the pain I mean the help

Horrible Staff and Dr Josh has no real concern for patients. Medicine prescribed made me extremely sick. (Antibiotic)No one would return phone calls and after the 2nd day i finally got ahold of them. Was having bad pain and told they could not work me in. Said next appointment would be in 2 weeks. They never did call in a different antibiotic. Assembly line dentistry at its worse.

Used to be great when Dr. Gerry was at the helm I came in on March 24 to get relief from the most incredibly painful toothache on Number 15 that Blue Ridge crowned between one and two years ago. I was worked in but the Xray showed a crack, meaning the tooth would need to be extracted. I was told that "there was not enough time available to DO that as it requires about 1.5 hours." Regardless of the pain, today I was allotted 45 minutes for an x-ray and a diagnosis! The scheduling person was focused on the Practice Management ... read more

Service good, time in and out, horrible I came in for my Mandibular device fitting for sleep apnea. It ended up taking 1 1/2 hours from when I sat down in the chair. Based on actual time it should have been a 15-30 minute appointment. I understand if there are delays, but when a delay is going to last longer than about 15 minutes, the patient should be told when they walk through the door and be given the chance to re-schedule if they like. If it happens after they get there, then they should be told as soon as they can be. ... read more

Extraction I was not given any do's or don'ts for my first tooth extraction. Only to keep gauze in for an hour, bleeding should stop.

I enjoyed the text reminders and email confirmation regarding my appointment however, it instructed me to arrive 30 minutes prior to my actual appointment time. I assume this is because I am a new patient and I would need time to fill out paperwork. I came with my paperwork filled out since there was a link in the appointment reminder email. I was not instructed by the front desk that the hygienist was running behind. I waited 45 minutes before I went to the front desk to ensure I was still going to be seen and was not forgo... read more

Scheduling nightmare First visit was great and scheduled a follow up for a root canal and cleaning 2 weeks later. A week prior to my appointment I received a call to change my appointment time. I agreed. On the day of my scheduled appointment I received an email stating they have been trying to call to because they could not do the root canal that day. When I called them they stated the previous schedule change was done in error and they schould have rescheduled for a different day. Then they stated the office manager had le... read more
