Pushy nurse was the turd in the punch bowl. I was there two days in a row and experienced such pleasant folks, decent prices, competent doctors, and even compassion when my tooth broke and my extraction became much more painful. But my nurse during the extraction was very short and refused to even let me finish a discussion with my dentist about pain control. It soured my experience so much that if I came back and saw her, I'd get up and leave to be seen elsewhere. She treated me like a bothersome child.

I've been having a lot of pain for 3 days. The dentist comes in looks says I need a filling and walks out. He was there literally less than 3 minutes!! Then I'm told they can't do it until next week!!! I have to put up with the pain until then!!!!

Dentist and hygienist refused to clean my teeth. Stated it's a waste of money due to deep pockets. Kept trying to sell deep scaling procedure. Told them both I do not want procedure. Have already tried said procedure. Want my teeth to be cleaned. Refused!! All the years I have been a customer never ever experienced such a bad and unprofessional experience. Paul Rutledge

Bad Day? Came in for a root canal, painful as is, but wasn't drilled on because I hadn't finished the prescription. No biggie, but I was charged just for sitting -10 min and being told no. I inquired to the young lady at the counter about what the charge was for, and was promptly met with a damn- near bitch fit and the worst professionalism I've ever seen. I hope it was a bad day, not a true reflection. I've never been yelled at in an office, but I hope it doesn't happen again.

It is with regret that I have to write this review. I started with the Senior in 2007 and have always been treated fairly and service was always great. He always was standing by to review the case and check me for accuracy of findings and good advice. I realize he became of age when it was best to turn the office over to his daughter and I am glad to see it doing so well. Wasn't informed While your services and attention to detail are normally excellent, I was not informed that upon having my cavities filled, I would be unable to received gas due to your dentist expecting. It is very exciting news for her family, however I have extreme anxiety about going to the dentist and would have requested another provider, if I had known.

I had a tooth filled about a year and half ago,now the tooth is sinistive to cold and hot drinks .I can't chew on the side were the tooth is.I was told I need a root canal and crown.I was not comfortable with Tom the denist that treated me.I asked for a second opinion from ms Molly but she can't see me until feb 17.

The office is clean, the staff friendly and efficient and the dentists and hygienists are almost always on time. I would not trust mine or my family's oral health to any other facility.

I feel cheated. I was charged $52.50 to glue my crown back on my tooth, and later in the day my wife was charged $27.50 to have her crown re-glued. I am still skeptical of the ofice since they missed the fact my wife had exceeded the annual amount our insurance would pay yet did not flag that to us. We had to pay over $900 when we could have delayed that procedure and received half that charge from the insurance.
