Friendly, efficient management who responded quickly to any concerns. Mainly positive experience with the carers our parents had - two in particular were exceptional - caring, encouraging, kind and compassionate.

Bluebird's initial interview with mum was very thorough and focused on her needs. Initially mum was resistant to the idea of carers but as a family we felt she needed support as we all live away. Bluebird have been excellent with only a small band of carers visiting regularly and at the expected time. Mum has grown to look forward and welcome their visits. From my first contact with Bluebird, trying to arrange care for my nanny I was impressed. They were flexible + understanding and did all they could to explain starting to have carers visit in positive terms for to nanny. It has been extremely positive for nanny to have regular company, trips out for shopping, appointments or pleasure. Bluebird have been accomodating + supportive of nanny from the start, getting to know her + how she likes things done so she can live her best life. Thank you Bluebird!

From the first moment I came from a nursing home, well over a year ago, all members of staff were friendly, knowledgeable and well-trained in their professional duties. They come two at a time because of my needs, but they all work well together in teams. I have been here well over a year and what started as a team of carers has become a group of friends.

The care worker was very pleasant. She was willing to help but needed prompting to do things that needed doing, ie. vacuuming etc.

From the moment I rang up to enquire to your initial visit to you guys visiting me in hospital and subsequent care, I've always been looked after well. Treated with respect and kindness and were sad to leave but influences dictated. You have all excellent high standards and delightful staff. I had my favourites.

I have been very happy with Bluebird Care from day one. My problems were due to a fall at the end of January, rendering me with reduced independence but not needing extreme care and am now able to cope on my own, to the point there really isn't enough for the girls to do but it is actually sadness to be parting company with the lovely young carers who have looked after me and will miss them.
