Excellent service, especially with regard to the pandemic. Carers are very efficient, caring and friendly. Two people have told me that Bluebird Care is the best in town. I would like to thank you all very much indeed for your good service and exceptional kindness to me, thank you.

I'm speaking for my parents as my father is the patient being cared for. From my brief meetings with some of the carers and my parent's comments to me, I only have positive reactions to share. If my parents were not happy with the service I would be the first to hear. Thanks, Bluebird.

Due to Covid-19, it has been hard. The carers have been good and done the best they can.

Live-in carers are 100% care.

On the whole excellent, only twice not so good but they were very young and I thought they needed more training. They were pleasant in themselves but did not know what to do so I had to show them and I was paying for this. I am 91 but my brain is still working, the District Nurses say my body is giving up but I have the brain of a teenager. Thank you.

My mother is in her mid nineties and has memory loss. The excellent care she has received from Bluebird Care Bournemouth & Poole has enabled her to stay living in her own home. The carers are polite and treat her with competence, gentleness and respect. They assist her with washing and getting dressed, cooking meals, medication, shopping and always have time to stop and chat to her. Mum has always praised the help from the carers and when able to meet them I can see why. Nothing is too much trouble. Whenever Mum has a problem I have been able to speak to someone and things are always sorted out very quickly.
