Bluebird was able to look after my aunt at very short notice. The service has always been excellent, but carers are variable - the best were caring, kind, sensible, fun and good company. The worst (very few) seemed to spend a lot of time on their phones or out. We'd rather the carers did not change so rapidly.

As immediate family of the person who Bluebird have been providing care for, I would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebird Care to anyone like myself trying to set up a care plan for a loved one. Both the care provided and the pleasant communications with both Bluebird Care and the admin staff have been good positive experiences.

We were so pleased with the care from Bluebird throughout 2023. Very professional and reliable carers and a great management team in place. A very thorough care plan was produced for Dad and this changed accordingly with the change in Dad's needs. It was great to be able to know that Dad was being well cared for whilst I was living 100 miles away.
