I find all the carers very helpful - all the calls are undertaken in a very professional and cheerful manner.

Mom and Dad were reluctant to have carers coming in but my brother and I were struggling to manage all of their care on top of work and our own family commitments. They now really look forward to seeing the carers and having the same carer 90% of the time makes it a lot easier for us all. The carers took time to get to know Mom and Dad and what they needed help with, which is a great comfort for us all. The office staff are always incredibly helpful, supportive and extremely flexible with moving dates around when needed.

Bluebird have been doing an evening call for my parents for the last few months. My mum has arthritis and mobility issues and my dad has Dementia. Mum was reluctant to have carers coming in but I was struggling to manage all of their care on top of work and having a young family. The carers are very supportive both of my husband and of myself the carer. They have become partners with us, understanding and supporting our needs. The fact that the same worker is sent at the predicted time is so important for my husband, who has short-term memory problems; the routine eases this.

I was scared of having someone come into my home and giving me personal care, but I need not have worried. The whole company have been wonderful. The carers are professional and friendly and look after you with great care. The staff are only a phone call away and will answer any questions professionally and with care. I now look forward to my carers coming and they have made a wonderful difference in my life. I can only sing this company's praises.

Bluebird Care are excellent, they have a lovely group of carers that do an amazing job. The management team are brilliant too. The care package is tailored around the individual's needs and requirements. They also try to accommodate any changes or additional appointment requests wherever possible. The carers do an amazing job, they take care of my mom's care needs with respect and dignity, supporting her with all aspects of her needs. Bluebird care started looking after my mother-in-law in November 2022 and thank goodness they did! What an amazing group of people they are. From the moment we were introduced to the deputy manager who came and assessed my mother-in-law for her needs, we knew we were in good hands.
