We have had very positive experiences with Bluebird Care throughout the time they have been involved in both our parent's care needs. They endeavour to find ways around unexpected situations. They keep us informed of any changes they need to make. It is reassuring for us as a family that they report back to us if they think our dad is unwell and give him the person-centred care of following his wishes. We are pleased with all the carers that attend to our dad, they do a marvellous job.

Bluebird have been outstanding care providers. Their professional work has supported our family through this hard time. Not only providing personal care, feeding, washing, shopping and clearing up but also contacting other healthcare professionals when needed. We could not keep my parents-in-law at home without them, as they wish, especially as they would not be released from hospital without a care plan in place. Bluebird Care Bromsgrove and Redditch have looked after my Grandmother for more than 7 years and had recently taken over care of my late-Grandfather as well. I couldn't fault the care and diligence of all involved from Management through to the Carers. The team have fully supported both my Grandparents in terms of care and any adaptations required with my Mum and myself very often in communication with Bluebird on a daily/weekly basis. I wanted to add another review about the wonderful ladies in the Bluebird office. They are all fabulous and extremely helpful whenever I ring. They have been angels with the many phone calls I have made on my mum's behalf. She has a great deal of empathy and understanding. Thank you, you are a credit to Bluebird.

Care provided is excellent and always available staff to talk to when required. Very good at putting in place any individual requirements at a drop of a hat. Very good at notifying you of any issues or problems found so that immediate action can be implemented. I personally have found Bluebird (all staff) extremely friendly and caring to all needs. An invaluable service provided to our mom who has mixed dementia and is always treated with the utmost dignity.

To the best of our knowledge, all Bluebird staff have always treated our brother with dignity and respect. We have always been informed of any concerns or issues relating to his care that needed our input. The support that Bluebird Care has provided to our brother and to my sister and me, has proved to be a lifesaver in more ways than one! We were at breaking point when we approached Bluebird for assistance. Their input has proved to be invaluable and has allowed us to honour our brother’s wishes to be cared for at home.

Bluebird care provided the highest quality of care to my grandad at the end of his life. We cannot thank them enough for the support they also showed to us as a family.
I cannot praise Bluebird Care enough. There is not a thing I can find fault with. The care that they give to my mum is professional, yet personal, caring and friendly. I trust them completely. Communication from the office and the carers is spot on and I feel completely informed about my mum’s care. Staff have obviously been chosen with great care and the girls tell me “they like to feel they are giving the care they would to their own mums.“ What more could you ask for?
